Code - Error - Probable Cause
P0606 - PCM processor fault - Internal PCM failure P0678 - Glow plug #8 circuit failure - Circuit/connector failure, failed glow plug, failed GPCM, PCM P1378 - Low FICM Voltage - ?? I'm not finding V0155 or V0100. |

What is the PCM processor fault?

I forgot to mention that I am running a street tune from Innovative. Would this have anything to do with the codes?

There are no "V" codes, their are only "B,C,P,and U". Maybe the "U" looks like a "V".

Specifically?
In general, it means your PCM could be flaking out on you.

First, I would make sure the batteries are fully charged and load test good (individually)

Ok, I will get the batteries tested tonight and check the FICM in the morning.

The batteries both tested 100%. I checked the voltage of the FICM this morning and it was between 47.1-47.6 with key on and 47.5 with the truck running. I believe this is within spec. Why would it still throw the FICM low voltage code?

I've read where, even with seeing 47-48v, the FICM can still be bad. Maybe Bismic can chime in with more detail.
