That is in line for a Ford dealer. I just looked through my records and back in 2008 (I DIY now) cost me $109.50.

Fuel Filter Change Cost
RockAuto sells the Motorcraft fuel filters (2) for $49 and it takes about 30-60 minutes to swap out. Only hard part is finding the socket big enough to get the mail filter cover off in the frame rail.

You just need one of these sockets for the oil filter and main fuel filter, it makes the job very easy!

I can't get the cap off mine. Even tried it with an impact. Do you have to bleed the pressure off first or something?
