This is all in good fun. I wish the op the best now in this situation, even if I don't agree with the choice..... but that shop needs to get in gear and the only way is if the op gets serious with them... it needs to be worked on.

Ok guys..sorry for no updates in a while. I went back through the past few pages and read the comments. I am not happy obviously with how long it is taking. It should have and could have been done a long time ago if they actually were working on my truck and not kept pushing it to the side while they worked on everyone else's that kept coming in. I also understand that to keep a business going you have to have positive cashflow. So I see things from all angles and try to be understanding. This is a really good shop though that really knows their stuff. They will take care of me in the end and get this thing done. They are taking extreme care with attention to detail and doing everything right. I go down there every Thursday to check it out and see the progress. I discuss stuff with the owner who always takes the time out of his day to talk with me for an hour or two. This is a very well known and reputable shop with a very large customer base and contracts with many companies. I am not worried one bit that this truck will get done and be bad a$$ when it is finally finished.

With that out of the way..lets continue with the good stuff. I went back down there today and was very happy. All of the parts I ordered came in. My truck was back on the rack with the cab off. The motor was completely out of the truck and on an engine stand. It was tore down and the OEM camshaft was out of the motor. The tranny was also out of the truck since we are ending up going with the RE now so that we can plug in and adjust the shifting instead of having to make adjustments in the valve body. I think we might have the check engine light working right(have to get it all back together first). The reason I am adding all of the parts now is because I know what I am doing to the motor down the road. I don't want to have to tear my whole truck down and be waiting again so it's just a lot easier to do it now. The EFI live tuning will be getting done as soon as I get my truck out of the shop. So far everything is going according as planned(except the time frame obviously). The FASS titanium 95mph pump is also in now. I am also putting industrial injection coolant blockoffs in while the motor is out and accessible. He said it will not be coming off the rack now till it's done. I should be driving this thing in a few more weeks hopefully. We are getting very close. The engine is supposed to be getting finished and buttoned back up today and going back in tomorrow. We might have to be getting the drivelines done because of the length of the dodge tranny. Anyways on to some pics.

Some of the painless wiring kit

Billet flexplate that I had them put in

Everything back out again for the last time.

Thanks guys..I just keep telling myself that the wait is worth the reward. Even patient men grow tired after a while. If I had gone down there and my truck was still sitting outside, it would have been a whole different story...lol. I am just ready to have my truck back.

You know, you are going to have to take that international sticker off the door once the truck is done.

Haha I don't know what I'm gonna do with that yet. I'm not putting any Cummins stickers.on it though...that I do know. I might even leave the international emblems on...complete sleeper boys.
