Turbo problem at work

This is not a 6.0 Turbo but I wasn't sure were to put this but the pics are kinda cool, I think.

This is a Holset turbo from a 5.9 QSB out of a 7 Meter RHIB. Somehow on a training run the oil filter "fell off" and pumped the sump down. The crew noticed smoke coming out of the engine well and noticed oil in the bilge and shut it down. That is when the filter was discovered. Long story short the filter was put back on and the boat engineer thought it would be a good idea to check for oil pressure by firing the engine up again.

These are the worst pieces, the bushings were shot also but I didn't get pictures of them.
