Oil cooler delta

Finally got the insight hooked up. Cruising at 60 mph on flat ground unloaded I'm seeing 188 ect and 195 eot. Is that acceptable ?

Ford's max is currently 15*, used to be 20*....At 7* I'd say your fine provided the truck was fully warmed up and then still ran for a while to let it heat soak.

I would still recommend installing a coolant filter to start cleaning the system...

I was in the same position as you before and before and decided to not install a filter....half a year later I was changing my oil cooler and Egr cooler

Just an FYI
