Questuons about the 6.0...

I have an obs now that i was planning on building and pushing 500hp but agter much rsearch I've mundane got steered away and that the 7.3 with proper mods still will give at 500hp. So I was thinkung if I'm not going to have a fast truck might as weel have a the baddest looking truck and my frost thought was CCSB lifted blacked out 6.0... But im not going to keep it exactly stock either. If i did all the bullet proofing how much power can the tourque shift hold? How realiable will it be completely stock with no mods at all? I know these might sound crazy I just sont wanna buy one and it go to shat. Any opionins appreciated.

Really asking risk it and build up the 7.3 or have a newer,nicer,better riding,less miles, and with proper mods be just as reliable?
