tow/haul light question

I just recently purchased a 2003 F250 and when I press the tow/haul button nothing on the cluster lights up. Ido not have an owners manual so I can't see if and where there is a light that is supposed to be illuminated when the button is pressed. Could someone please take a pic of there cluster when the light is on so I know which one to replace.

our 03-04's do not show a light on the dash though there is one. it is on the shift handle.

Yep, What Warchild said. The 03-04 don't have a dash light for tow/haul, the light is on the gear shifter handle.

My 04 does have a light on the dash. I tried the Tow-Haul while pulling my 5000lb rig to the Florida Keys last weekend. It didn't seem like there was enough load so that the Tow-Haul would provide any benefit. My truck pulls the boat as if it isn't even there as it is.

My '04 also has the dash light.

Yes they all do but if you have the tow button on the shifter then it does not use that light.

Does your gearshift look like this? My 04 looks like this and has the light on the dash


or like this? My 01 has this one and the light is on the front of the gearshift handle

All 6.0 (except certain models) have the first one.

Hence the "(except certain models)" And I meant that they have the light on the handle.
