Powerstroke magic?

I just moved to Houston Tx and there is a nice size shop called powerstroke magic a couple miles from my apt. They seem knowledgeable and quite the outfit but has anyone dealt with them before?

Been using them for the past 2 years (2004 F250 6.0). Great owners (Garret / Sarah), service, and support. I trust them and I 'm pretty picky about who I include in this category. Only complaint is I wish they worked on non-Ford cars so I could have them maintain my wife's & kid's vehicles as well.

As you can see I've been a member of this forum for 4 yrs with very few posts...but just had to provide my feedback on this one...if that tells you anything about how I feel about them...and no I'm not associated with Powerstroke Magic in any way other than a very satisfied repeat customer.

They are a good /honest shop w/ a lot of 6.0L experience.

It's a good shop, I've used them before and spent a lot of money with them. Also drove about 4 hours because the all of feedback I've read about them were great. They did a great job with my truck.

With that said, I recommended them to my brother. He needed work done and called to explain what the truck was doing so he could get a roundabout price before he trailers it 4 hours one way. Whoever their new sales guy (Phillip isn't there anymore, he treated me great) is, was being a complete dick to him. Crap customer service = no return for me. Customer service is a big deal to me because I have to rely on talking to someone over the phone being that is an 8 hour round trip for me, I can't just stop by the shop. Powerstroke Enginuities will be doing our work from now on.

I know it's been a couple of months, but I just got my truck back from them. I work in Afghanistan and, like you, I did some research on here before making my choice. Garrett and Sarah were great in working with my wife and made it very easy for her to get the truck down there and pick it back up. Wife has sent photos of the work, and I am very pleased.

I will definitely be using them for all my needs in the future.
