Mods you've regretted!!

Has anybody done any mods to their truck that they wish they hadn't? It's easy to read on here all the work that everyone's doing that seems to be a "must have" to keep these 6.0s going. What have you done that didn't work as planned?

Installed my tuner....

Now my tranny and tires are suffering

No not really! If you get a tuner though only get an SCT
You will regret the rest

Still on truck, CFM+ elbow and pipe. Stuff off truck sitting in garage, K&N intake and Hyper-Tech PCM piggy back with on-the-fly adjust.

The best way to go is:

SCT Tuner with Custom Tunes
OEM Head Gaskets with ARP Head Studs
Either Stock intake or S&B or AFE
OEM Intake Elbow (unless going to an extreme build)
Either OEM lights or cheap LED lights off ebay that you wont be mad when they fail.

Not regret, but wouldn't do it again if I had the option.

Fluidampr, Intake elbow, S&B Cold-air intake/filter

Tried a straight pipe...lasted 2 days! Sounded like cr@p(and the wife hated it too).
