P1334 code with EGR delete

I all of the sudden got a P1334 on my 6.0, truck runs good with good mileage. I have had the EGR fully deleted for over 3 years and have never gotten this code until today. What gives, should I be worried or let it be? No other codes by the insight.

ok, so the p1334 code went away on its own. now i have a p0407 & p0488, what gives? maybe try replacing the egr valve or.......?
