What is the max egt I should see. At max load. I pull a 14000 pound fifth wheel, curious to know what max is with this load

No matter if your loaded or unloaded, 1250*f sustained in a no no. 1300*F for short periods are ok. The most i've ever seen with any of my tow tunes is 1200* pulling 8k up a steep grade.

When pulling, I'll back out of the throttle at around 1150*, just as not to push that 1250* threshold. If you are pushing the truck in that 1250*-1300* range, it really should be only when absolutely necessary, for very brief periods of time. Or you're at the track or a pull of some kind. Routine driving, you shouldn't need to push the truck that badly.
