Another Bulletproof Diesel FICM installed

There are already a ton of pics of this in the other posts so I'm only going to post a couple here.

Shiny side up Can't beat the Billet Bling factor. As usual it is absolutely artwork.

This side isn't near as pretty but it tells its own story. This is the latest rev of BPD's FICM and this bad boy is a 58v unit.

So I installed the latest rev BPD FICM at 58v today replacing my stock 48v FICM with IDP's moderate FICM tune. First impressions are everything and this knocked me out. The truck fired up quicker and with more authority. It sounded strong right out of the gate even while cold. I took it for a good ride and the throttle response was better than with the old FICM and the truck felt smoother and stronger.

This really surprised me since I was replacing a tuned FICM with one running stock tuning. I expected the 58v BPD to be in the neighborhood but not to feel stronger and more responsive than my tuned FICM. Not only does it look great but seems to perform very well too. And just for those that don't know already I am running 175cc sticks with a Powermax/Batmowheel turbo.

So my initial impression of this new BPD 58v FICM is that it provides a strong quick start and improved response even in a fairly modded truck. I am very pleased with what I have seen so far and look forward to putting some more miles on this puppy. Great job as usual BPD.

Good to hear, Mitch. Anyone else catch the irony of the BPD FICM on a Wild Turkey crate from a guy who doesn't drink???

We MIGHT have a limited run ready to go sooner than that. Maybe as early as 2 weeks from now. No promises...

Is the 58V feasable for towing? My truck is mainly a tow rig, so are temps good with stock sticks and injectors?
