What is going on?

I have a 2007 f-350 with a banks big hoss bundle. It has always run like a dog but now it will only run with the air condition off, as soon as I turn it on the truck goes crazy. It starts to miss and it has a really ruff idle, then i turn the air off and it levels out and will run perfect. Ford says it was the chip but i sent it back to banks and they tested it out and there is nothing wrong. I have no idea what i could be. If somebody knows could you let me know.
