EGR Delete

Ok. So I'm new to the diesel community. I picked up a 2006 f250 about a month ago for a tow rig for my jeep. How can I tell if it has the EGR delete in it?

Unless a "sneaky" delete was done where the inlet and outlet of the exhaust side of the EGR cooler are capped and welded closed.

SCT, no studs...yet, Dual OEM intake air filter housings, Banks intercooler & intake elbow, Banks exhaust system, Windrunner ported intake manifold, Bullet Proof Diesel remote oil cooler & thermostat, AirDog2 (plus a couple spares), Power steering filter (Amsoil dual-bypass), MagTec deep ATF pan, Electric oil pre-lub pump, Dakota Digital gauges.

Is there anyway to tell if that was done. OTHER than taking it off. I'm asking because I'm getting a little bit of white smoke in the mornings. And trying to knock out some ideas here.
