Synthetic oil
I have an 04 6.0 with 58k.Im running Motorcraft 15/40 I was thinking about switching to Mobile one 5/40 Synthectic is there any benifit to switching or im i wasting my money.Will the synthetic help keep my EOT cooler.Thanks

I noticed mine ran quiter as far as motor sound when I switched to T6 Rotella. Synthetic oil doesn't thermal break down as quick.

You cant go wrong with sythetic however 15/40 & 5/40 are the same weight in the heat.
