2010 KR seat covers on 2003?

I have a very limited window to make this happen so all help would be great. I can get a 2010 KR front seat cover for a great price but I have a 2003 haha. Does anyone know if there is any chance covers are close enough to work? my seat back has a small hole in it and the bottom is worn pretty bad. I know they aren't exactly the same color, but it might be better than the hole for a little while.

looks the same ,, if you have the armrest you will need to cut off the welded pivot bar
since the new covers won't have any arm rest ,, worst case is if your getting a good deal you could resell easily if it didn't work out

but you mention a cover .. I wouldn't do just 1
