Antifreeze and a manual

Hello. 2006 F350, diesel, found a drip of antifreeze under radiator, driver side, comes and goes. Is there a relief valve? Fluid is greenish, probably a universal blend. I just bought the truck.

It did not come with owner's manual. Is there a webpage that has most of it online with diagrams? Thank you.

Reservoir cap is the only relief "valve". Looks like a coolant flush, CAT type coolant and a coolant filter is in your very near future.
