Costly lesson learned!!

Bought a Banks Economind tunner a couple of years ago, had it installed by the same performance shop, only to find out a few days ago, the damn thing was never installed properly therefore has never worked. Not the fault of the tunner but the install shop.
In other words, I have a never been used tunner to sell for cheap.

The shop, after a lot of arguments, are giving me an H&S Mini Max for cost, what a deal eh...........ya!!

Many thanks to Banks though, they were very helpful in getting to the bottom of this all. Their tech said all that needs doing is have the thermocoupler installed in the exhaust manifold and it should work ok but I've lost faith in it now and took the deal from the shop for the H&S.

Anyway, just a word of caution out there for those that could end up in a similar situation.

Would welcome any comments or remarks about H&S though..

The issues with tuners that dont tune the trans comes about when you keep re-flashing and the trans has to constantly re learn. Otherwise the trans adjust to your driving with the tune on it.
