help, powermax problem!!!

Hey guys I have a problem. I have an early 03 with all mods listed in my signature. Today I got up early and drove the truck 10-15 miles and everything was perfect as always. Come home, truck sits and I leave to go out. Im backing out of the driveway and see white smoke out my exhaust. I start freaking out and thought it was gaskets. Threw it in parking, I noticed it spit some oil out too. So looked under the truck and saw oil dripping down the side of thr block running all the way up to the back of the turbo housing where the clamp is. The clamp that attachs the downpipe is the one im referring too. I can see oil dripping out from the clamp. So it's apparent my seals are shot. I googled powermax repair kits and if this has happened to someone else. Found nothing

my question is, what other seal kit will work for this turbo. I need to get this fixed by tomorrow. And im pretty pissed this happened because there's only 30k miles on the turbo and I always let the truck cool before shutoff and do WOTs everyday to clear the turbo.

Try going through Garrett first then. Maybe they can trace the serial number.

I'm really hopping that there's a rebuild kit for it that i can get and not have to send the turbo to them, have them build it, and send it back. Ill be out of a truck for a month. Considering there are no occurrences of this happening to anyone else, id hope that they will take care of me. I'm afraid to drive the truck, and have a ton of work coming the beginning of next week

Not to mention its somewhat embarrassing seeing white smoke coming out idling at a light, i tell everyone my 6.0 is awesome and rep Ford big time lol

Theres no way my crankcase is venting this much oil and its blow by? And when i say this much oil, there was enough to leak out, drip down the block, onto the tranny and drips onto the driveway

You will need to go through a Garrett reseller. They can get you the parts to rebuild the turbo.

Dozers Diesel modifies the PowerMax to a 68mm billet. Maybe he can hook you up.
