STC Fitting

This is my first diesel so im new to this world and i Just changed my HPOP STC fitting and everything seems to be going well compared to how it was, except I don't have any power like I should. I also don't have any readings on my boost gauge. Turbo Is working though. I'm gunna check the codes today after work and see what I've got.
I have:
06 F250 lariat crew cab long bed 155,000miles bully dog outlook.

Any ideas where to start?

Make sure all the sensor connectors are fully seated - MAP, MAF, EBP, and especially on the VGT control valve.

Make sure your boots are seated correctly and the band clamps are tight.

Under the turbo is the HPOP.. take off the HPOP cover and you will see....

It is the fitting under the steel plate in the bottom right hand corner of the pic!
