Hub trouble

Having trouble locking the hubs on my 07 F350 PSD has anyone ever seen or has ran into this before?

I assumed he meant he physically couldn't turn the locks.

one of mine was completely dry with needle bearings floating around in there

Are the hubs easy to swap out? I need to do passenger side on my truck... figured I'd just do both while I was at it.

you guys do realize the op has an 07 and it's different than the 05ish down and aftermarket hubs are not available without a full unit bearing delete kit and over a thousand dollars

the o7 doesn't even have the needle bearings
