First oil change coming up!!

I bought the truck about 3 months ago and put about 5000 miles on it and I want to do my first oil change. New to 6.0's I know I'm going to use ford oil and fuel filters, I know I don't need to do fuel filters but I'm doing them for piece of mind. When I do fuel filters what is the new cap that I've read about? Also what oil should I run? I'm a Illinois/Missouri boy and it get fairly warm here in the summer. What weight oil should I use for mild/ hot summer and a fairly warm fall. and is there any way to change the frame fuel filter without dumping precious gold on the driveway?

I live in Alabama and I run Rotella T6 and it works great for me, its 5w-40 and full synthetic. And if you park your truck with the front slightly down like on the end of a slanted driveway you wont get "too" soaked with fuel.

I believe the "new cap" your referring about is really the fumoto plug. This plug replaces the OEM water drain plug on the side of the HFCM. The OEM plug uses a 6mm Allen that over time can strip out.

Where can I get this fumoto plug plug? So there is no other cap and gasket or something I would need?
