Is it worth buying?

My neighbor has a 03 ecsb 4x4 xlt with 230xxx rounds on it, trucks nice inside and out but needs 4 injectors. I he told me he'd sell it to me for 5k. Would that be worth it, I do all my work myself, thought I'd do a full set of injectors, oil cooler, and egr delete. I'm doing head gaskets in a VT365 right now at work and know how these can be a pita, what u guys think

I just paid 4500 for my 03 eclb lifted on 35s with 207k it supposedly needed injectors but ended up being a ficm. Im about to do "the works" to it as well. I would go for it just my opinion though
