Are you talking about a custom front plate (In WV we are only required to have a state license plate on the rear) or are you wanting ideas for your state tag?

Not that I ever recommend pissing off cops, they can make your life miserable pretty quick. I always joke with my friend who is a officer that I am going to get the following plate:

I had one in California many years ago that was FAST HUH When I was on Guam I had IXLR8. Feel free to use.
