Rev X
I bought 8 ounces of Rev X Do I need to wait till I change my oil to add it? Also would four ounces per oil change be alright after that?

For the price of the Rev-X I would wait and add it in when you change your oil. I'm not sure on adding just one bottle after that on each oil change, I add both bottles at each oil change.

In one word.... Yes!

YES it does, when I bought mine it started rough, ran rough and had a loud knocking in the motor, can't believe I bought it. I changed oil using Rotella 15/40 and 2 bottles of Rev-X and the next day cold start was night and day, ran like a champ. I switched to Rotella 5/40 and still use Rev-X and its a champ everyday. Stock motor with no tunes or programers.

Rev-X put two bottles in at first. If you do it with clean oil you get to run it for 5k miles deriving the most benefit. If you still have a few thousand to go before a change it will still benefit. The stuff works super fast. After the first 2 bottle treatment you only need 1 bottle if you are adding every oil change. Once things are cleaned up if you use a good synthetic 5w40 like Mobile 1 or Amsoil you don't need to add any.

I want to add as well i run Rev X in all our fire dept equipment as well and they run like a top. Our Ambulance is a 99 f-350 our Engine is a 2005 International 466, our Rescue is a 2000 Frieghtliner with a Cummins 5.9 etc etc.... I have yet to loose an injector or have any oil issues since i started running it. Everyone knows fire equipment can sit for a day or two run for a few hours then sit again and ive found out that REV X does a great job keeping things Kosher.

Has anyone tried "Motorkote"? It's advertised HEAVILY around here. I see it in the stores, and it is damn pricey. But I don't see Rev X anywhere.
