Tow/Haul Shift Lever - Need Part#

I need the part # for the entire automatic shift lever with the built in tow/haul button. They sell them on e-bay, but they are the "overdrive" model not the "tow/haul" model. If someone knows the number or has a link that would be great.

I have a 2005 F-250.

Here's what I have come up with:

My broken wire issue must be inside the lever itself. I have pulled the entire lever off and checked the entire length of the exposed wire and there is absolutely no cut in it. I have also checked all the fuses. The only possible thing that is left is that the actual wires connecting to the "tow/haul" button have gone bad somehow. The problem is that you can't get to the connection inside the lever.
