monitoring (in)accuracy

With everyone getting bent out of shape over a few degrees here or there, I realized I had never started up the monitor on my livewire with key on, engine off to see what the cold readings were. As with some others, my EOT was about 1.5 more than ECT, but it only reads in 2 degree increments (ECT), so probably don't mean nothin.
What was funny is that the EGT was sitting on 32! Can't figure that one out on a 80 deg Florida day.

FYI for other livewire users: my voltage is also off. I see about 13.5 on the monitor, but I threw a multi-meter on it while changing the oil and it's actually putting 14.1 to the batts. Maybe that's just mine

Interesting, I'll have to try this with my Livewire and see.
