Huge disappointment with Performance Machine & MFG
Well i wanted to post up on here to let everyone know the poor service i am getting with them. I ordered some head gaskets, injector O rings, turbo hardware and an intake manifold gasket set from them online on the 3-11 (Wednesday). I quickly got an email verifying my order. I was billed on 3-16 (Monday) but had still not gotten any shipping information so i ended up calling them on 3-18 (Wednesday) to ask if my order has been shipped yet because i didn't get an email with a tracking number. I was told by the person on the phone, who's name i dont remember, that for some reason they were waiting on a truck with OEM stuff to arrive. He said my stuff was in and that it would get sent out on thursday 3-19 and "the delivery would be expedited". Those were his exact words. He "guaranteed i would have them on Saturday to get my truck back together". Well saturday 3-21 came around and nothing showed up. Today i came home from work expecting a package for sure by today but i had nothing.... but what i did have was an email with a tracking number that just so happened not to work at all. I again called and i got ahold of a guy named Mikey that said he was just updating the shipping info but it got sent out on thursday because thats what i was told. He couldn't really figure out why my tracking number didn't work but he said he would call me back before the shop closed for the night at 7. A couple hours go by and i called them back at 6:55 a little irritated that i still didn't have a call with any answers. This time i talked to the Sales manager (also forgot his name). I told him how Mikey was to call me back with answers because my tracking number didn't work. He asked for my info and then quickly replied by telling me that the link he has works just fine.... so i go and click the link again from my email today and sure as hell it worked this time... and it said they just sent the stuff out today. The sales manager kept side stepping my questions and didn't answer a single one on why i was lied to and why this was taking so long. I told him i wanted a refund and he replied with "sure just send us the stuff back and we will refund your money". I told them to put a stop on the delivery and refund my money because i didn't want to do business with them. Of course i didn't get anywhere at that point with a refund.
I would really like it if Performance Machine & MFG would post up in here and defend themselves with their version of the story because theres always two versions to a story. I would like some explanation to.
