I don't believe there is a gasket for that connection....I had mine all apart this weekend and didn't have one come out. Are you tightening each nut a turn at a time until they're tight?

Yes you are correct, there is no gasket.I thought some were adding a gasket.I tightened them evenly and torque to 20 ft lbs, my manifolds are coated and that could be it,they look to be mating good but there is a slight leak.

Does the coating on your manifold interfere with the mating surface?

I see it's ceramic coated...taking that stuff is not easy. It has to be heated and aluminum oxide blasted off. You may have to call a coating company and see if they can get it off for you.
