6.0 help!!!!!!!!!!! oil problem

I am at a total loss and am hoping someone can help. I have a 04 F350 early built motor. The engine runs quite well but I have no oil pressure on the low pressure side. I little history on the repairs already made. I have changed the hpop, oil cooler, front cover, oil filter base and check valves, and the lpop. I have pressure tested the hpo system and all checks out. The stand pipes and dummy plugs have all been updated. The truck will start and run but is developing no oil pressure. The oil pressure has been checked with a mechanical gauge. The local ford tech has said that the next step would be to pull the motor and pressurize the oil system to look for leaks. I hate to spend that kind of money on a hunch. Any insight would be helpful.
