What monitor?

I am planning on getting rid of my edge juice w/attitude but dont really wanna get rid of the monitoring capabilities. I have a programmer to put on and wanna what monitor to use? Has anyone tried the torque app for droid? Also is the scangauge a ok monitor to watch vitals. I know either way I will need a seperate egt gauge. Or would it be better to just find a edge insight for cheap? Any help is appreciated.

The Edge Insight CTS is a great tool, I would get the expandable probe so if you want to add more to it down the line plus you can run 8 things at one time and with fuel on the column gives me 9 at one time.
Most are Free shipping over $50
Edge Products Insight CS/CTS #83730 / 83830
Got it in 2 days, ordered on Friday got it on Monday

Things you can add down the line like turbo timer & back up Monitor & fuel pressure
The Edge accessory system (EAS) was created with future expandability in mind Product Code: EDG98603

Ford Powerstroke 6.0L fuel pressure monitor and low pressure fix. | Toy Hauler Adventures
Now for fuel pressure
This is what i got for the fuel pressure gauge, it goes into the test port, this is a cool set up gets the sender away from the heat and viberation of the motor.

There is a thread floating around here about the Torque App, members are very pleased with it, along with the cost. IIRC, amdrivin2liv started the thread.

Here two threads.

Torque Droid App to find EOT

Torque Android App

And if you go to the Torque app forum, you will find more info about using the app with a 6.0.

If you're happy with the monitoring of the Juice can't you leave the programming stock and just use it as a monitor? Why pay for something you already have?

Thats what I'm doing for now. I'm just wonderin if a different monitor would be better so my wife cant mess with the edge chip and turn it up on me. I also dont like that I have to completely unhook the edge to change the program
