Looking at a new Truck need some help and an Oasis Report

Ok guys I need some help. I am looking at a new to me pickup. I currently have a 07 ext. cab short bed with 112xxx,. It runs great and have no complaints except it isn’t a crew cab. I have just come across a 06 crew fx4 with 38,xxx on it. The dealer is asking 26k for it and it is a loaded lariat and clean as can be. It is a ford buy back truck and this dealer sells a lot of them as they buy them in Cal. and ship them back to mid mo. I watch what comes through this dealers lot as I just like knowing what is out there. I know that they get a lot of these trucks in. My question is should I try and trade my truck in for this new one when i have no problems with it. I am a graduating college senior and I want to start putting some money in my truck with a bed liner and BP egr and oil cooler and maybe a carli setup down the road. But no matter what I do I cant make my ext cab a crew. Yes I could make mine a sweet truck and since I am getting married and have no kids an ext cab works. Or should I try and get a decent trade and deal on this one since it has a crew cab, power/heated seats, spray in bed liner, the color I want, plus the power pedals for my short fiancée. The one big worry I have is the fact that the truck is a buy back. Has anyone bought one before? Also is there any way I could get an oasis report on the truck?
