Cleaning Turbo/ Turbo Oil Line

Well Ive got my turbo off since Im in the middle of an egr delete and new oil cooler install, and I want to open the turbo up and clean it. I have done some searching and found a nice "how to" on cleaning the turbo but cant figure out exactly what tools I will need. I have a dremel tool, so Is there a certain type of attachment I need to buy for it that will make this job easy?

Also, since I have an 03, I cant use the updated turbo oil supply line. Is there anything else I can do to my current one to maybe clean it out or something to that affect? And while Im on the subject, how the hell do I take that thing off the oil cooler housing? I am not familiar with the connection used and didn't want to break it, so I figured I would just ask. Hoping I can get this turbo clean and get my truck running again this weekend!

In that video when he says to apply anti-seize with a good CHRA, what exactly is a CHRA?
