New Bumper

So I was in a fender bender and I'm looking at getting my baby fixed back up to new. What are replacement bumpers worth? Stock look for sure. Also the turn signal is cracked so that will need to be replaced as well. Is it worth going to a new set of after market lights one piece or just replace the signal part? If I go new lights, who should I be looking at? I've heard bad thongs about Recon and others , I just don't want to get screwed in threeonyhs time.

IIRC the '05-'07 lights can be used with a new support. Maybe it's time to do a good old fashioned '05 front swap??
