I must be the dumbest SOB alive. You have to hook up the red wire to the alternator in order for it to charge. Haha, it would be a good sticky.

Add to that making sure the emergency brake is off to pull off the rear disc for a brake job.

sadly we did that on one of my buddys trucks. beat on it for about an hour until we realized it

Pulled rear drive line off on an incline in my driveway. Went for a ride with creeper and truck.

Done that lol, except the driveshaft fell on my goods while I was Rollin down the driveway...literally had blue balls..

Turned on the jeep to move it in the garage when I was replacing a p/s pump because it started raining...fluid everywhere

Hit the brakes while doing a brake job accidentally when I sat in the seat while I was looking for something, ruined two calipers

Helped a buddy fix a problem where he tried to change the oil on his wife's new ride.drined the oil and put in 6qts of oil in the trans...that one made my day when I got that call

Pulled out a valve body in a 700r4 to do a shift kit, didn't realize there were bb's in there til they went all over the garage

Broken a couple ball joint press rentals by using retard strength to only find out I had it set up backwards

Threw my rear driveshaft in Oklahoma city, front wheel drove it home to ft worth with a bag and a couple hangers to catch the fluid on the rear output shaft...


Most of these were while I was teaching myself to work on cars about 10 years or so ago but it was still cheaper than paying a mechanic

Not sure.lol tore my clothes up and bruised the hell out of my legs.Had a limp for awhile not sure how I didnt get ran over it was close. One of those oh shat moments. Wife wasnt impressed with me.
