tailgate swap

What is needed to put the 08 and up style tailgate on my 03? Tailgate obvisously but parts from each?

Drivers side hinge off an 08-up truck. It's around $7 at the dealer.

I have access to the parts . My buddy is getting a bed with the gate and is trading the gate.

The only part I needed was the driver's side hinge.
