Installing Cab Lights... Need HELP!

I'm in the process of installing cab, clearance, chicken, lights on my 2006 F250. I located the plug behind the passenger kick panel, but I do not have power at the plug. I wouldn't think this is the case, but is it possibly on a different fuse than the head/park lights?

Have you used a test light on it ? Also id start the truck and check it that way can't hurt anything.
