Gear selector indicator

My gear selector indicator is off. When in park it shows it's half way between park and reverse. While in drive it shows it is in 3rd. How do I adjust/fix this?

Your in the wrong section but if you pull down the cover under the steering wheel where the fuse box is you should see a little black plastic wheel/gear looking thing on the steering column. Turn it one way or another and it'll adjust the indicator
