KOEO Oil and Water temps

I've noticed that if it's below around 70* outside, after my truck sits all night and before I start it, my coolent temp is around 4* cooler than my oil temp. Above 70* and they get closer to 2* differance after sitting all night. Do I need to change my coolent temp sensor or oil temp sensor. Coolent temps when cooler outside runs about 188* Oil about 196*

I've noticed pretty much the same thing on my truck with CTS. Mine average closer to a 2* spread. My running temps are about what yours are.
