Help on coolant info

Ok my trucks using coolant. I haven't had time I diagnose the prb today but what coolant will mix with gold? I gave zerex g04 at home. I hope it's the cooler and not the HG. An advice?

Can I run distiller water in it until I figure out he problem? Its not blowing white smoke or anything. I'm gonna pull the egr tmrw and look for coolant.

Zerex GO5 is the same coolant as the gold.

I don't like running on mainly distilled water - you get rust build up fairly quickly that way.
