Post PLZ HELP!!! Need Heads!

Well it seems that I have a problem with my already studded 6.0. I got my truck studded and deleted at @ 91,000 mi and now have 101,and change. Acouple weeks ago I noticed coolent burping out of my cap so i went and picked up a new one from ford and didnt fix my prob. Hooked a guage up to my degas bottle and got 18 psi before I knew it. My guess is hg or cracked heads. Since we just did all that work once, this time I want to put new heads and hopefully no more probs. Question is are O-Ring heads a way to go? I found some O-Ring heads from Liberator Performance for 700.00 for the set plus 1,500 core. I just want to do the right thing. I got the truck used from and older couple that had it new and I had all the work before i had plates on it lol. 2006 King Ranch FX4 cherry. Any info or advice will help Thanks in advance!

I dont know anything about O-ringed heads, I was just told not to get them. I just went with a OEM replacment from Odessa heads. They seem to have a good rep on the net. The price is more then $700 for a set though and they come ready to bolt on. I just got my heads from them in the mail 2 days ago.
Did you have your heads checked for cracks when they were off or decked? Even though checking for cracks is only as good as the guy doing the checking..
