40 MPH engine vibration

I seem to have a vibration from 40 to 47ish if the converter is locked and i'm getting on the skinny pedal.

I just replaced teh FICM not that long ago. it was down at the 38 v to 40 v range for who knows how long. I fiured it out when i put my CTS in that i had an issue with it. I'm the second owner so im' not sure how long the truck had a bad FICM in it.

any ideas whats wrong? My first idea ws injectors but i don't have any codes coming up.

any ideas?

thanks!

Throw some rev-x in it. It can never hurt. Are you running a good synthetic?

Rev-X will only put a band-aid on it, if anything. I think I can speak more about this than anyone on the forum...trust me LOL
