I would guess FICM or low fuel pressure.

Ficm was replaced 2 months ago but he checked that and it was good... must have been low fuel pressure.

Fuel pressure under 45lbs at WOT kills injectors, mine at 17k had a fuel pressure of 44lbs at WOT and 50lbs at idle now after the blue reg spring WOT 58lbs and idle 62-64lbs.

Not with a good tune and tuner. they know what will cause headgaskets to blow and will stay on the right side of that line.

08 F350 CCSB Lariat - massaged exhaust, MiniMaxx, AFE Stage 2, Flo-Pro CAC pipe, CCV modded 2" leveling kit. soon to come - EGR delete, sinister intake elbow

Traded in 06 F350 CCLB - 5" diamond eye exhaust, sct (removed before selling), coolant filter, high idle

How big is bigger? Zeek is right, with the right tuning you can pull enough fuel out and not be aggressive with the timing to make you headbolts last... as long as any headbolts last lol
