Oasis breakdown

I got the oasis on my truck the other day, and I was wondering if somebody could actually help me breakdown what happened on my truck.

SMOKE FROM TAILPIPE-PRESS TEST COOLING SYS, TEST EGR COOLER ON VEH

REMOVE NIKDS AS REQ, ROAD TEST CHECK FOR DTCS, REMOVE AND LEAK TST EGR COOLER AND OIL COOLER REMOVE GLOW PLUGS TO VENT LIQUID FROM COMBUSTION CHAMBERS FLUSH AND FILL COOLING SYS, RECONDITION TURBO CHARGER RECHECK ALL

I'm gonna say that my oil cooler was plugged and blew out the egr cooler and damaged the turbo as well? This all happened a couple of years ago after my family bought the truck so this is something I was not surprised by seeing on there, but I was slightly younger and less informed at the time when it happened so I am just trying to figure out exactly what happened here.

They pressure tested your cooling system to check for EGR and HG failure.

And cleaned your turbo.

They also pulled the glow plugs to clear what may have been a hydrolock.

But make no mention of EGR or HG replacement unless you didnt copy that part

Nope. I wrote it down word for word. I was just drawing that conclusion. Are there any other ways that coolant could get into the system causing what happened?
