Low power under 2000 rpm

So I've always known my truck was weak off the line and was unable to power brake, but today I was parked with front tires against a curb and I tried to drive over it with no luck. Kind of embarrassing. My rpms would only rise to 1500 then and that was it. Had to back out of my parking spot like the regular folks! Truck drives fine with no other complaints other than not much power until 2000 rpm(thats when it comes to life). It makes me doubt the trucks ability to pull my boat out of the lake. Is this something that can be solved with a sct? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cleaning your turbo, and scanning for codes would be a great start. Your turbo is likely sticking

Turbo was replaced one year ago and no codes appear when I scan it.

Unfortunately many code readers do not read all of Ford's codes.

A one year old turbo can still have stuck vanes/unison ring. Is the VGT solenoid connector fully seated? Have you done any recent work that might have left a sensor unplugged?
