Not any of the three items listed... not even the up-pipes

I believe the y-pipes can, and I am pretty sure the injectors can be as well, but the HPOP is a for sure no go.
Personally, I'd rather have the older style HPOP anyway. I know they are less reliable, but there are high volume versions available |

No, not even the Y-pipe. The egr cooler connection is different for the different style egr cooler (round versus square).
The injectors are also a different length. (someone will be more precise in that answer) |

I stand corrected

Ok, after further digging, the glowplug length was changed (and not injectors) for the 04 model year because of the fact that the piston bowl design changed.
I can't say 100% sure that the injectors will not work, but the plugs are 90° off between the two designs. The oil rails are VERY different, but I don't know if the oil inlet on the injector changed with the new oil rail design. There was an internal change to the injector part way through the 03 model year to add longevity. The y-pipe could be used...I had a brain fart... the short section that the egr cooler connects to is different but that doesn't change the y-pipe. |

plus we are doing a full EGR delete...

You really want to put a used y-pipe on?
Keep in mind that the flex joints get heat cycled and tend to "get used to" being in one spot. Over time those heat cycles will make the flex joints a little on the brittle side. Toss that on a different truck and those flex sections may not hold up long term. I guess it just depends on how old that y-pipe is. |
