Tire Psi Question
Searched but couldnt really find what i was looking for. What tire pressure should I run in my tires? I have 285 Firestone Destination M/T, some have told me 75 in rear 60 front, 50 front and 60 rear, all different answers. I just dont want to wear out my tires and risk running low and ruining them, so whats others running for a good ride and handling.

I'll reply anyway.
Unless you run the complete stock tires, you can't use the door tag. Run them hot, up to operating temp. Draw a chalk line across them, drive forward a few revolutions so the line is just starting to wear. Wearing in the center, pressure is too high. Wearing on the edges, pressure is too low. |
