Did anybody ever put a 140a alternator in place of the 110a one. Just wondering if it will fit or not since mine is on the way out.

Yes, a 140 alt for the ambulance/dual alt will be a direct fit for the single 110 alt.

Buddy of mine has a dual alt setup for sale if u interested and I'm guessing just one alt cause he swap to single setup

For 75.00 + shipping you can have my Factory one, i just upgraded to the 140 amp.

It was working perfect, at least you know it will fit.

I found my local NAPA can have the 140a one tomorrow for 170. I guess the first time i got to use my 12k whinch put a hurtin on it 88k on it.
