WOW! I had to watch that twice to make sure I wwas reading it right, 0.0 GPM. It's easy to see how that causes a problem. I've seen better streams than that standing at the... Well lets just keep it at that's really not enough flow to cool anything off!

What other issues were found in that truck? EGR? Gaskets?

Other than puking a little coolant, this one was done as a preventative measure. We are still in shock over this visual!

He had just bought it and brought it in to be checked out... I'm sure the moment he wanted to hook a trailer up to it and go camping it would have melted down.

We will be testing several oil coolers that had different deltas over the next few weeks... I'll keep you posted on what we find.

Would love to see the flow on an 8-10 degree delta... =)
