EGR Delete Question

Will an egr delete add any power or smoke? I am getting it done next week and i was just wondering about any other benifets

Didnt for mine, got a new up pipe with delete and its a little more diesel smell but no power change or anything.

I have straight pipe now so i have plenty of diesel smell lol.

Yeah, it will add even more diesel smell then.

You might notice your turbo spooling up a TAD bit earlier than you are used to. Other than that, no difference in power or smoke.

Things you will notice are a cleaner engine (since you are NOT recirculating crap through it anymore) and perhaps a slight drop in fuel economy. By slight, I really do mean SLIGHT.

yepp last week here in ky, it was 80. and on march 5th we had 5in of snow!
